The Summit was organized by I-Café Pilipinas in cooperation with the Commission on Information and Communications Technology (CICT). I-Café Pilipinas is a national network of internet café owners, operators and associations in the Philippines. The Summit was held at the Ground Floor of the CICT Building, C. P. Garcia Avenue, Diliman, Quezon City.

The IOS was held in Sofitel Philippine Plaza, CCP Complex, Roxas Boulevard, Pasay City. Organized by the Business Process Association of the Philippines (BPA/P), the IOS was intended as "a venue for global BPO executives to discuss global issues and other threats and opportunities emerging for the industry".
